SHIPPING & RETURNS

Production & Dispatch

Every Paintsand product is made individually using the artwork and customization details submitted with your order. Print-on-demand orders require 7 business days of preparation before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional and begins after preparation is complete.

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

Shipping

Standard Shipping normally takes 8–15 business days. For destinations in South America, the estimated transit time is 15–25 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

If you require faster delivery, contact us after placing your order. We will check whether an express courier is available and confirm any additional shipping fee before making changes.

Customs & Import Fees

Where available, print-on-demand orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by default. Applicable customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so you should not be charged again upon delivery.

DDP is not available for every country or region. If it is unavailable for your destination, we will contact you promptly after the order is placed to discuss the available alternatives.

Returns & Refunds

If an item has a manufacturing defect or clearly differs from the confirmed order details, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear supporting photos. We will review the claim and propose an appropriate resolution.

Because each item is customized, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer-provided artwork issues, copyright or compliance issues, low-resolution artwork, minor color variation caused by screen displays, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

Do not send an item back without written confirmation. If a return is required after review, our team will provide the return instructions.
