Ordering
Paintsand is a print-on-demand store with no minimum order quantity. You may order as few as one item. Each product is prepared individually using the artwork, text, placement and other customization details submitted with your order.
Preparation begins after payment, order confirmation and receipt of the required artwork. Please review all product options, sizes, quantities and design details carefully before placing your order.
Artwork Requirements
By uploading or selecting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. Do not submit copyrighted, trademarked, offensive or otherwise restricted images without the necessary authorization.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork and order information are complete, accurate and legally compliant. We are not responsible for issues caused by buyer-provided artwork, specifications or instructions.
Changes & Cancellations
Order details and artwork are considered final upon payment. Changes requested after payment may involve additional charges and may delay preparation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed because preparation begins promptly after order confirmation and artwork receipt. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee that a change can be made once preparation has started.
Product Appearance
Colors may appear slightly different on a physical product because screens display color differently. Minor screen-to-print color variation is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Products are considered defective when they have a manufacturing fault or clearly do not match the specifications recorded in the confirmed order.
Privacy & Safety
We may collect contact, account, order, payment, communication, device and usage information when you browse the site, create an account, place an order or contact us.
This information is used to process payments and orders, arrange production and shipping, provide support, maintain account functionality, improve the service, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Information may be shared with service providers that support payments, hosting, customer service, production, fulfillment and delivery when needed to provide these services.
